Novotel Manila reimagines the buffet experience with Freshfinity
A locally adapted concept combining variety, sustainability and food waste reduction
October 2026 · Novotel Manila Araneta City
In October 2026, Novotel Manila Araneta City introduced Freshfinity, a revamped buffet concept at Food Exchange Manila that combines culinary variety, local sourcing and sustainability. Rather than changing a dining format that remains highly popular in the local market, the hotel evolved its buffet experience to integrate responsible practices while preserving the generosity and choice guests expect.
A Chef-Driven Buffet Designed for Discovery
In October 2026, Novotel Manila Araneta City launched Freshfinity, a refreshed buffet concept at Food Exchange Manila centred around a more curated and chef-driven experience. With six dedicated stations featuring Filipino and international cuisines, including Asian, Japanese, Indian, Italian, seafood and carving selections, the concept encourages guests to explore a broader range of flavours while maintaining the variety and generosity expected from a premium buffet.
Turning Sustainability into a Local Experience
Freshfinity also strengthens the connection between the restaurant and its local community through partnerships with Filipino farmers, fisheries and producers. Guided by “Our Table Values”, the concept brings together responsible sourcing, thoughtful menu design and local culinary identity, illustrating how Novotel’s global sustainability ambitions can be translated into an experience that remains highly relevant to local market expectations.
Try the description out loud
Read the menu line as if you were introducing the dish at a table. Is the main ingredient clear? Does the description sound like the food? Would the words feel natural to someone on your team? Edit until the sentence is useful, specific and easy to remember.
